It is important to monitor the water level during this time. When the water reaches approximately halfway up the tile line, the hose should be transferred to the spa (if applicable) to help prevent streaking or uneven hydration during the fill process. After the pool has completely filled, it is strongly recommended that a professional pool maintenance provider perform a startup service. The startup phase is critical for proper chemical introduction, surface brushing, and water balancing during the curing period of the new interior finish.
